Ingredients
2 cups of oatmeal
3 Ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Vanilla to taste

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you are using a bowl and utensils instead of a blender, add all ingredients to the bowl and mash and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Poor the batter into a well greased loaf pan. You can also use a muffin tin with wrappers if you would like to make muffins instead.
Step 3
Bake at 350ºF until golden brown.
Step 4
Let it cool down and then enjoy the yumminess!
